Fruits And Vegetables Reduce Cancer

US researchers have discovered that eating fruits and vegetables reduce the risk of bladder cancer in women. The researchers found that women who consume large amounts of fruits and vegetables had a lower risk of bladder cancer.

 

The researchers said that women who eat yellow and orange vegetables are 52 percent less likely to develop the disease than those who eat fewer vegetables. Also, they found that women having high levels of vitamins A, C, and E, are less prone to develop bladder cancer.
