Treatment Of Dark Circles

Black circles under eyes is a very common problem for both men and women of all ages. The causes of infection vary widely. So, you should determine the causes first before starting any treatment. It is true that it deforms your beauty to a certain extent, but it can be covered temporarily - if necessary - using appropriate medical or cosmetic preparations.

The main reasons behind dark circles are:

Anemia, lack of sleep, stress, sleeplessness, unbalanced nutrition, weight loss, body fluid retention, allergies, nasal obstruction, sinus problems, aging, menopause, and heredity.

Treatment of dark circles around the eyes in 3 steps:

1.    Eliminate the causes

-There are several causes behind dark circles. Follow the below instructions to protect and prevent yourself from dark circles, but the instructions are not effective in case of dark circles due to heredity or aging.

-Take enough sleep and always remember that sleep efficiency is determined by quality rather than quantity, meaning that 6 hours of deep sleep is better than 12 hours of intermittent or non-deep sleep. Also remember that the regularity of the time of going to sleep and that of waking helps to control the internal clock of the body, which allow for a deeper sleep.

-Allergy may be the cause of the appearance of black circles. Sinus problems should not be left untreated. They are considered one of the most common causes of black circles. If you are not diagnosed yet, see your doctor.

-Adhere to a balanced diet rich in minerals and vitamins while taking into account drinking enough water. The most recommended thing in the case of dark circles is an intake of vitamin K and antioxidants (discussed in some detail in our article on the treatment of varicose veins), in addition to the need to take vitamin B12 to avoid anemia. Also, you should reduce your daily salt consumption, increasing the salt may cause the retention of fluids in the body leading to the appearance of dark circles.

-Quit Smoking if you are a smoker, it affects the blood circulation and the veins under the eyes, so it leads to dark circles.

-Reduce tension and anxiety in your life. Stress affects the quality of your sleep and your health, which stimulates the appearance of dark circles. Simply, try to accept the things that you can’t change your life to control anxiety, and take your own time away from all the pressures from time to time to reduce stress.

2. Useful home remedies:

-Close your eyes and put ice-wrapped tea bags or ice cubes wrapped in a piece of cloth or a refrigerated spoon, and leave for 10-15 minutes. The Tannin substance found in the tea reduces the swelling of the eyes and also unites the color. For best results, do this once daily, especially in the morning.

-Place slices of cucumber on the eyes for 10-15 minutes. This treatment is one of the oldest and very effective and has a quick effect on dark circles. Potato slices also have the same effect and can be used in the same way.

-Wipe the area of the bottom of the eyes with this mixture of lemon juice and tomatoes or use a wet cotton to place it on the eyes, and leave it for 30 minutes, and then wash it with warm water.

-Wipe the black circles with a mixture of Almond Oil and Coconut Oil, and leave for 20 minutes, and then wipe it with clean cotton. Continuing this recipe for only 10 days can remove dark circles.

-Soak some Almonds in the milk for the whole night, then grind and place them on the black circles once a day, and you will notice the result yourself in just 7 days! This recipe also helps in removing wrinkles from the eyes.

-Massage your eyes with Castor Oil daily, it is known for its effectiveness in unifying skin color.

-Use equal amounts of Cornmeal with yogurt to make a paste and place it daily in the dark circles.

-Mix orange juice with Glycerol, it is also useful in treating dark circles around the eyes.
