Constipation Treatment

Constipation is a condition arising from the failure to adopt a healthy diet rich in fiber and vitamins, exposure to drought, or the proliferation of eating fast food and fried foods, meat and others. Constipation also appears as a symptom of many diseases (such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome) or as a result of taking certain medical drugs.

 

The treatment for constipation varies from person to person. Regular exercise, especially walking and drinking large amounts water is highly recommended for constipation.

Apples:

Pears:

It has the same effect as apples and is a proven way to get rid of constipation.

 

Grapes And Raisins:

Grapes are known for their potent effect as laxatives, as they contain cellulose, sugar and organic acid, all of which are natural laxatives and are useful in relieving constipation no matter how chronic it is.

 

Raisins (dried grapes) are also prescribed for constipation. Usage: soak it for 24-48 hours in water until completely filled with water and eat it on an empty stomach in the morning with drinking water soaked.

 

Another effective way is to put 10-12 pieces of raisins in milk, boil, drink the milk and eat the raisins. It is best to take this recipe in the evening before bedtime.

 

Prunes:

Prunes are rich in fiber and contain materials that make them ideal enamel for constipation. The best recipe to treat constipation is to eat 2-3 cups of prunes juice in the morning before breakfast, then after half an hour drink a glass of apple juice.

Also, you can soak 5 grams of dried figs in water at night and drink the water with the ingestion of the pills in the morning.

 

Dates:

Dates are one of the richest fruits with fiber, and the best laxatives as well. The best recipes for them are present from Sunnah and the most scientific science is to eat a few grains of dates with a glass of milk.

 

Papaya:

It is one of the best fruits to treat constipation. Take half the fruit of the papaya on an empty stomach every morning.

 

Guava:

Eating Guava daily on the stomach is useful in the treatment of constipation, and eating it with its seeds increases its effect too.

 

Oranges:

Orange activates the bowel movement. Eating 2 pieces before sleeping gives an effective result in the treatment of constipation. Fresh orange juice can be taken before breakfast to prevent constipation.

 

Lemon:

Use lemon as a laxative, by squeezing one lemon into a glass of warm water and then add a little salt and drink it. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach and you will see amazing results within a few days.
